2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HADER SMART ENERGY METERS

HADER Smart Energy ("HADER") provides a two-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, ensuring that the HADER Smart Energy Meter and its components are free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and conditions.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

2-Year Smart Meter Warranty

Your HADER Smart Energy Meter is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date. This includes:

  • Energy Monitoring System – Accuracy and performance of real-time energy tracking.

  • Communication Modules – WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity functionality.

  • Hardware Components – Internal circuits, sensors, and electronic components.

WHAT WE WILL DO

HADER will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component that has been installed, used, and maintained under normal operating conditions within the warranty period.

  • If repair or replacement is not feasible, HADER may choose to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

  • Replacement parts may not be identical to the original components but will be of equal or better functionality.

  • These remedies are the sole options under this warranty.

WHAT YOU MUST DO

To submit a warranty claim, contact the retailer or distributor where you purchased the product, providing:

  1. Original purchase receipt

  2. Product serial number

  3. A detailed description of the defect

This Limited Warranty is void if HADER or its designated representative determines that the Smart Energy Meter has been subjected to:

Unauthorized modifications or repairs by unapproved technicians.
Physical damage due to mishandling, electrical surges, or environmental conditions.
Improper installation not following HADER's guidelines.
Use of non-genuine accessories or external parts not provided by HADER.

HADER is not responsible for any third-party installation errors, including incorrect wiring, mounting, or network setup.

DISCLAIMERS

HADER and its representatives will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of data due to energy monitoring failures.

  • Any indirect financial loss from power consumption miscalculations.

  • The cost of professional installation or removal of the device.

HADER’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the Smart Energy Meter.
